Hello, my name is Austin MacMillan, the owner and head pastry chef of Knead More Dough. I would like to personally welcome you to my business's website, before going into my background. I first started my journey into the pastry arts in 2019 where I began working at Towner's Pastry and Chocolate Shoppe, located in Gwinn, Michigan. In this particular patisserie, I had the pleasure to learn some essential skills and knowledge  from the owners, Jake and Katie Bonzer. While, working for these talented individuals I found my true calling in life, and with their encouragement I furthered my education at the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts. A year later after my graduation, I created my current business in order to pursue my passion and bring quality pastries to people like you.
